Eric Netcher earned both his undergraduate and law degrees with honors from the University of Florida. After law school, Eric served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David A. Faber of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Anne C. Conway of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Eric’s experience working in the federal judiciary prepared him to handle a wide variety of complex legal issues as they arise in trial and appellate litigation. Eric concentrates his practice on appeals, insurance coverage, and civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Eric is active in the Florida legal and appellate community. Eric is the current chair of the Orange County Bar Association Appellate Practice Committee; the Vice Chair of the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section Pro Bono Committee; and a member of the George C. Young American Inn of Court.
