Jessica Conner earned both her undergraduate and law degrees with honors from the University of Florida. During law school, Jessica served on the Executive Board of the Florida Moot Court Team where she developed her passion for appellate advocacy and oral argument. The skills she developed earned her Book Awards in Appellate Advocacy, Legal Research & Writing, and Trial Practice. She then served as an extern for Florida Supreme Court Justice James E.C. Perry. She was also an intern for the Honorable J. Preston Silvernail of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court. Her experiences in both the trial and appellate courts prepared her to handle a variety of complex legal issues at every level of civil litigation.
Jessica concentrates her practice on appeals and civil litigation involving insurance defense, governmental defense, contractual disputes, and civil rights in both state and federal court. She has handled appeals in the Florida Supreme Court, all five state district courts of appeal, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
