Pleading with the Bar and Bench: It’s Time to Take Fact Pleading Seriously

Eric Netcher’s recent article in The Briefs discusses the fact pleading standard in Florida state courts.  Eric makes a pointed argument that the pleading standard in state court is, by definition, more stringent than the federal pleading standard, though in application is rarely properly applied.
